City & State Summit – Affordable Housing in New York

Real Estate partner Brett Gottlieb spoke at City & State's Affordable Housing in New York Summit on a panel titled, "State of NYC Affordable Housing."
Affordable housing is perhaps the most pressing issue facing New York, and Gov. Kathy Hochul and state lawmakers are exploring a range of policies to spur the creation of more housing. This event explored the various proposals and their potential for success.
Panelists discussed the worsening affordable housing shortage, initiatives to address the shortage that are already underway and what New York City leaders can do to create more affordable housing.
