NYC Bar To Review Process For Picking Top Court Candidates

Herrick litigation partner, Scott E. Mollen, was highlighted in Law360 following his appointment to serve on a 27-member NYC Bar Association working group that will be examining the nomination, selection and appointment process for Court of Appeals judges. 

The working group will also be charged with determining whether there are benefits to changing the City Bar's judicial evaluation process for the Court of Appeals, a process that is undertaken jointly by its State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction Committee, its Judiciary Committee and its Board of Directors, according to the announcement.
