Partner and chair of Herrick's Insurance & Reinsurance Group, Alan Lyons, was quoted in an article in Sports Business Journal discussing event insurance policies in the sports industry before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. “Before the pandemic, there was a hardening of the insurance market," said Lyons. "And now, in light of the uncertainties of the economy and the uncertain risk environments brought on by the pandemic, that trend is continuing.”
