On May 10, Suffolk County Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Emerson dismissed all 38 claims against DataTreasury Corp. and several of its executives, including founder Claudio Ballard. Scott Mollen, who represented Ballard and two other individuals in the suit, said he was "extremely gratified" by Emerson's ruling.
