Herrick Promotes Samuel J. Bazian to Partner

Herrick, Feinstein LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Samuel J. Bazian to partner. Sam’s promotion will become effective January 1, 2023.

Carol Goodman, co-chair of Herrick’s Litigation Department said, “Sam is an exceptional lawyer, strategist and tireless advocate for our clients. He plays an integral role in our department.” She added, “We are excited to welcome Sam as our newest partner.”

Sam began his career at Herrick as a summer associate. While his journey to partnership was not completely linear, Sam ultimately found that his place was with the Herrick team.

Sam’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate, contract and employment disputes. He regularly represents owners, operators, and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate disputes, and has handled countless mediations, arbitrations and litigations on behalf of clients in a variety of other industries, such as nursing and rehabilitation providers, product manufacturers and insurance companies.
