Mitchell Korbey was quoted in Crain’s New York Business, discussing the Cuomo administration’s plans for rezoning in Queens to accommodate Amazon's new headquarters. While controversial, Korbey explained that "a general project plan would streamline a major project like this and is the most efficient regulatory structure to deal with the entitlement issues and the environmental review.
