The New York City real estate market is currently at an inflection point, with neighborhoods being redefined as leaders look to balance a shortage of Class A office space and housing. Mitch Korbey, chair of Herrick's Land Use and Zoning Practice, moderated a panel titled "Balancing New York City's Real Estate Inventory: Conversions, Office Occupancies, and Righting the Gap" at Commercial Observer and REBNY's 6th Annual Future of New York Forum.
