Real Estate partner Jonathan Adelsberg spoke to The Real Deal about the luxury condominium building 432 Park Avenue, whose board is suing its developer for multiple costly defects.
The article described how there is still interest in the building and its amenities. Jonathan, who represents the board, explained that they are acting to preserve the resale values of the units. He stated, "Although the ultimate responsibility lies with the sponsor, the condominium owners and the condominium board are in the process [of] effectuating the completion of all needed repairs and performing maintenance befitting this luxury building, without delay[.]"
