Irwin Kishner was quoted in a Law360 article covering the Cardozo School of Law's 7th Annual Sports Law Society Symposium. Kishner, who was a panelist at the symposium, discussed aspects of legalizing sports betting in New York State. In looking at the possibility of stadiums and arenas offering kiosks which would allow attendees to place bets while at a game, Kishner thought having the ability to wager while at a game was "a natural place for [it]" and would lead to more revenue for the state and create more interest in attending games.
