TAG Alliances Spring 2026 International Conference
Partner and Co-Chair of Herrick's Corporate Department and Sports Law Group, Irwin Kishner, was a featured panelist at the TAG Alliances Spring 2026 International Conference on a panel titled "Betting on Experience: Investing, Structuring & Advising on Transactions in Entertainment, Hospitality, and Leisure Sectors." Irwin serves on the Advisory Board of TAG Alliances.
The panel explored the unique aspects of transactions in the entertainment, hospitality, and leisure sectors, industries driven by consumer behavior, experiential value and global capital flows. Panelists drew on cross-border deal experience and sector-specific insight, to discuss how these industries have evolved post-pandemic and what that means for investors, operators and advisors.
