Civitas Land Use Discussion: 485-x Tax Incentive Program

Mitch Korbey, chair of Herrick's Land Use and Zoning Practice, will join a discussion hosted by Civitas on the real-world housing development impacts of the 485-x tax incentive program. Mitch, along with other development and policy experts, will discuss the underutilization of 485-x program, hurdles obstructing new housing construction, and strategies to promote greater housing production in New York City.
