Herrick counsel Meghan O’Reilly will be speaking at the upcoming 36th Annual Real Property, Trust and Estate National CLE Conference. In her panel, Meghan will be discussing the ins and outs of financing as it relates to hotel franchise agreements in a program titled, "Upside Down: Exit Strategies and Negotiation Tips When "Handing Back the Keys" May be in the Cards."
