Dan Etna was quoted in NJ.com, discussing the impact of the Supreme Court's decision on the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act on the underground gambling industry. Etna suggested that illegal sports betting could still thrive due to gamblers’ ability to wager on credit. He said that SCOTUS’ decision, "Is not an immediate death blow to the underground gambling industry, which has millions of customers and affords bettors an advantage that legal sports gambling currently does not--a week's worth of credit before settlement."
