Biography
Sarah Bray is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she focuses her practice on a broad range of complex commercial real estate and real estate finance matters. Sarah represents REITs, sponsors and private equity investors and investment funds in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of multi-family, office, industrial, hotel and other types of real estate throughout New York and the United States. Sarah advises clients on complex deal structures encompassing joint ventures, ground-up development and senior and subordinate debt financings, with a particular focus on structuring and negotiating bespoke transaction terms.
Prior to joining Herrick, Danielle was an associate at A&O Shearman and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
