Jovani Fashion v. Fiesta Fashions

In a an article about the recent Second Circuit decision in the JOVANI FASHION v. FIESTA FASHIONS case, Herrick, Feinstein Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property and Technology Group, Barry Werbin, describes the suit that Jovani brought against Fiesta for alleged copyright infringement of its design for a prom dress. Mr. Werbin describes Jovani's argument and how, ultimately, the Second Circuit ruled to dismiss the case.
