We are proud to announce that Herrick partner, Maxim M.L. Nowak, was selected to serve on the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee (effective August 1, 2026).
New York City Bar Association committee members have the opportunity to be involved in drafting reports, commenting and testifying on legislation, submitting briefs, sponsoring continuing legal education and participating in public service projects.
