RAL Development – Union Square Tech Hub

Represented RAL Development on the redevelopment of 124 East 14th Street into a 21-story, tech-focused office space. The building, which Mayor de Blasio called “the front door for tech in New York City,” is a joint venture between the city's Economic Development Corp. and RAL. Located on city-owned land, the $250 million project will offer affordable technology training for New Yorkers seeking to join the digital economy. Anchoring the project is the non-profit Civic Hall @ Union Square, which will include a collaborative community space, a conference center, a civic startup incubator and accelerator, and a 21st century learning center. The Hub will also feature flexible office space for technology companies and startups, Class A office space, and ground floor retail and food market space.

Represented Rechler Equity Partners on all aspects of their 40-year renewable ground lease to redevelop Suffolk County’s 55-acre Gabreski Airport.

Toll Brothers – Joint Venture Development of Brooklyn Bridge Park

Advised Toll Brothers City Living, the urban development division of Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL), in its joint venture with Starwood Capital Group to develop a 550,000-square-foot luxury hotel and residential complex at Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Republic of Turkey – New York Consulate

Representing the Republic of Turkey in the development and construction of a new and expanded consulate at 46th Street and 1st Avenue across from the UN's General Assembly; a signature project as it expands its diplomatic footprint around the world. Our work includes advice on government relations, real estate development and construction, leasing, land use and zoning.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey – World Trade Center Land Use Counsel

Represented the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as land use counsel in connection with the development of the new World Trade Center complex.
