Global Parking Management Company – Dismissal of All Claims in Breach of Contract and Fraud Dispute

Obtained dismissal of all claims on behalf of a global parking management company in an action arising from the acquisition of an electric vehicle car-sharing company. We successfully argued that our client was not a party to the relevant agreements and could not be held liable under the plaintiffs’ allegations. The Court dismissed all claims against our client, with the remaining fraud and quasi contract claims dismissed with prejudice.
