Lanie Miliotes, Associate

Lanie Miliotes is an associate in Herrick’s Restructuring & Finance Litigation Department.

Lanie’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation. She handles a range of commercial and financial disputes in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, as well as arbitration and mediation. She also represents creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies, including official creditors’ committees, ad hoc lender groups, hedge funds, private equity funds and other parties.

Prior to joining Herrick, Lanie was an associate at Paul Hastings, LLP.
