Biography
Josh Herman is counsel in Herrick’s Litigation Department, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, particularly involving securities, hedge fund, fraud, and bankruptcy litigation. Amongst others, Josh represents and advises large institutional investors, funds of funds, investment advisors, officers and directors and wealthy individuals in high-profile matters involving hedge funds and their auditors, administrators, and other professionals. He also has extensive experience handling fraudulent conveyance, breach of fiduciary duty, and other claims arising out of bankruptcies and restructurings. In addition to investor issues, Josh also maintains a diverse practice litigating general commercial, real estate, construction, and insurance issues.
Josh represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration.
