Herrick partner Shivani Poddar will speak at the ARIAS Future Leaders Committee’s Fall CLE Seminar, “Insurance Coverage at the Cutting Edge: Landmark Decisions, Emerging Risks & The Road Ahead.” 

This CLE course will examine a trio of seminal decisions over the past year, including the Illinois Supreme Court Griffith Foods Ethyl-Oxide and Delaware state court Meta Platforms social media duty to defend decisions, and how the landscape surrounding emerging risks has changed, as well as what lies in store ahead.
