Biography
Brooke Bulan is Herrick’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s human resources functions, including the development of strategy and programs that support firm operations. Brooke advises firm leadership on human capital strategy, workforce matters, employment-related compliance, risk management, employee benefits, and organizational effectiveness.
A licensed attorney, Brooke started her career at Herrick as a corporate associate. With more than 20 years of experience spanning legal, human resources and business leadership, she has held senior executive roles including Vice President and General Counsel of Gucci America, Vice President and General Counsel of CreateMe Technologies, and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Client Services at Fixer Advisory Group.
