Biography

Arielle Frost is a partner in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she works with clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Arielle has specialized experience in structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures and she utilizes her deep knowledge of the commercial real estate lifecycle to advise owners, operators, developers, investors and other market participants in the implementation of joint ventures for various classes of real estate, including both single asset and portfolio transactions. Arielle also regularly represents clients in real estate development matters, purchase and sale transactions, mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financings, and commercial leasing transactions.

Arielle's experience representing parties on every side of the table and handling complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish gives her a unique understanding of the goals and concerns of each party to a real estate transaction, allowing her to help the parties reach consensus on key issues to achieve successful outcomes for her clients.

Arielle has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Super Lawyer since 2015 and was listed in New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Women in Commercial Real Estate.

Before joining Herrick, Arielle was a partner at Withers, where she led the firm’s East Coast commercial real estate practice. She was also previously a partner at Rosenberg & Estis, where she led the firm’s real estate joint ventures team.
