Wylie Rechler is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she focuses on zoning and land use, acquisitions, financing and condominium law transactions throughout New York City. In a land use and zoning capacity, Wylie has guided projects with affordable housing components through the City’s Mandatory and Voluntary Inclusionary Housing Programs in addition to 421-a Housing Programs. Additionally, Wylie has assisted with guiding projects through waterfront certifications, de-mapping and mapping actions and subdivision applications. She has also assisted with the submission of the winning bid for a Request for Expressions of Interest by the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

In her work with the Cooperative and Condominium Group, Wylie has assisted with the filing of condominium offering plans, facilitated individual unit closings for cooperative and condominium sponsors and coordinated the submission of Cooperative Policy Statements on behalf of condominium sponsors.

In addition to working alongside partners on various land acquisitions, Wylie has assisted with the refinancing of a hospitality loan and transactions triggering the New Markets Tax Credit Program.
