Biography
Robert Hart is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where he focuses on commercial real estate finance. He represents lenders, investors and owners in a range of real estate matters including acquisition and disposition, equity financing, construction, leasing, workouts, and origination and restructuring of mortgage/mezzanine debt involving office, retail, mixed-use, vacant land, industrial and hotel properties.
Prior to joining Herrick, Robert practiced law at King & Spalding LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP.
