Arthur G. Jakoby, partner and co-chair of Herrick's Securities Litigation and Enforcement Group, wrote an article for Forbes Councils discussing what changes and trends business leaders can anticipate from the Securities and Exchange Commission's ("SEC") enforcement actions.

In the article, Arthur explained how he expects to see "an increase in deregulation of the securities markets and a dramatic reduction in SEC enforcement actions of all types with a significantly pared-down SEC staff."
