Cooperatives No Longer Subject to Constraints of Tenant Protection Act

As recently reported by Habitat Magazine, the New York State Legislature passed two bills on Thursday that provide significant carveouts and effectively eliminate cooperatives, excluding HDFC, from the Housing Stability & Tenants Protection Act.
