SL Green’s stock revisits spring of 2020 low
Co-chair of Herrick’s Real Estate Department, Jonathan Adelsberg, spoke to Crain's New York Business about how the owners of Midtown New York City office space are adapting and adjusting to the current commercial leasing climate.
The article noted how office leasing somewhat slowed after a surge in return-to-office numbers following Labor Day. Jonathan highlighted how in response, Manhattan landlords are redesigning offices to make them more attractive to potential tenants. Jonathan reflected, “New York City real estate people are brilliant at repositioning older properties in a creative way.”
