Regina Myer Is the Urban Planner With Big Designs for Downtown Brooklyn
Mitchell Korbey was quoted in the Commercial Observer, discussing Downtown Brooklyn Partnership President Regina Myer’s work to change the CBD's office market. Myer served as Korbey’s deputy during his tenure as director of the DCP’s Brooklyn office and succeeded him in the role after his departure. Korbey attributed Myer’s success to a skillset that extends beyond her city planning expertise. He said, “she’s a tremendous manager and motivator of people. They don’t teach you how to be a manager in urban planning school—it’s something you either have or you don’t.”
