Herrick Names Leah Kelman as Next Co-chair of Litigation Department

Herrick is pleased to announce that litigation partner Leah Kelman has been named Co-chair of the Litigation Department. In this role, Leah will collaborate closely with existing Litigation Department co-chair, Carol Goodman, to oversee the firm’s litigation strategy and operations as well as the department’s continued growth.

“Leah has made many outstanding contributions as a partner and firm leader over the years,” said Belinda Schwartz, Herrick’s Executive Chair. She added, “The firm is excited that the Litigation Department will have two strong leaders in Carol and Leah, who always prioritize our clients’ interests and our firm’s collaborative culture.”

Leah also serves as the firm’s General Counsel.  She advises the firm on a range of matters including professional responsibility and ethics compliance and other risk management issues.
