Herrick, Feinstein Helps With $82M Manhattan Loan
Law360 reported on a deal that Jeffrey H. Kaufman and the Herrick team worked on for Bank Leumi USA. The bank loaned $81.8 million for a building and several pieces of land on East 86th Street in Manhattan. The financing is for a commercial property at 310 E. 86th St. and nonresidential vacant land at 306, 308, 312 and 314 E. 86th, and the borrower is an entity affiliated with IGI-US.
IGI-US is the United States division of Izaki Group Investments, which is based in Israel and also has offices in London and Poland. The company is planning to build a residential condo project at the site.
