Herrick Adds 2 Trademark Attorneys From Moses & Singer

Law360 reported that Herrick bolstered its Intellectual Property and Technology Group with the appointment of Milton Springut as a partner and Caroline G. Boehm as counsel.

The article noted that Milton's practice focuses on litigating patent, trade secret and other intellectual property disputes. As part of this work, he secured the first award of statutory damages for counterfeit goods under the Anti-Counterfeiting Act of 1996.

Caroline's practice involves trademark and copyright matters, often in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She advises clients on trademark searching and clearance, registration, maintenance and general strategy.
