Herrick partner Deborah Koplovitz was quoted in the Cooperator News New York discussing the conflicts that arise with condominium and cooperative living. The article discusses noise, and how while many prefer a neighborly approach of speaking directly to the offender, sometimes there are situations where speaking directly to the person is not the best solution.
