Biography
Morgan is Herrick's Director of Talent Acquisition and Professional Development. Morgan leads firmwide recruitment efforts for all attorneys at the firm and collaborates with firm leadership to develop and create strategy for all recruitment and professional development programs and initiatives. She also organizes and implements programs that support the development, retention, and promotion of associates.
Morgan was previously the Manager of Lateral Talent Acquisition, East Coast at national law firm Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and also worked as a Partner Practice Specialist recruiting lateral partners across all industries within the New York market for a global recruiting firm.
