Luc Pierre-Louis is an Associate in Herrick's Restructuring & Finance Litigation Department. His practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy and other litigation matters.

Prior to joining Herrick, Luc served as Assistant Corporation Counsel, Special Federal Litigation Division in the New York City Law Department. During his time with the Department, Luc was honored as the Legal Rookie of the Year, which he was awarded for exemplary performance in his first year of practice.

Before joining the New York City Law Department, Luc was a law clerk and summer associate at a boutique law firm. Additionally, Luc held legal internships with the United States Agency for International Development in the General Counsel's Office and the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project's appellate team.
