The Legal 500 United States 2022 described Herrick's Real Estate Department as a leading firm serving "owners, developers, lenders and investors in developments, acquisitions and sales, and commercial and ground leasing." The ranking also highlighted multiple recommended attorneys: "The firm offers an experienced team all specializing in cooperatives and condominiums, along with Karol S. Robinson and special counsel Brett J. Gottlieb, both focusing on affordable housing. Mitchell A. Korbey leads its land use and zoning group, while Patrick J.
