Kali Krownapple, Associate

Kali Krownapple is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she focuses on all aspects of real estate transactional work.

Kali has experience with sales and acquisitions including purchase and sale agreements for commercial and residential properties. She also has experience working with city agencies to facilitate clients' construction and development projects. She works with clients to enter the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program, prepares environmental risk assessment reports for national lenders for development projects and negotiates on behalf of clients to successfully reduce penalties and fines issued by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation.
