Biography
Georgia Sussman is Herrick's Director of Professional Development and Recruitment. Georgia organizes and implements programs that support the development, retention, and promotion of associates. She also works with the firm's Diversity Committee to implement its goals, policies, and programs.
Georgia began her career at Herrick as a summer associate and litigation associate. She then practiced employment law at Kramer, Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP before working as a Specialist in its Professional Development Department. Georgia returned to Herrick in her current role in 2008. She is a member of the Professional Development Consortium.
