Karaahmet entitled Russian War Crimes and the Crime of Aggression in Ukraine: Obstacles to Accountability and Prospects for Success with speaker Dean Michael P. Scharf, Case Western Reserve University.

This CLE discussed the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the investigation of possible international war crimes committed in Ukraine, the challenges and obstacles to prosecuting such crimes, as well this conflict’s impact on other international flashpoints.
