Howard Spiegler spoke at the Appraisers Association of America’s Art Law Day.

Howard's panel focused on "Zombie Art," artworks that have been severely damaged or even considered as a full loss for insurance purposes, which are still being sold or exhibited. Howard's session considered the many legal and commercial issues related to this type of artwork, and their possible circulation and evaluation.
