Appraisal Institute: NY Metro Chapter “Zoning Rules… Changed”

Mitch Korbey will be speaking with the NY Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute on City of Yes and other zoning topics on June 4th.

Over the course of 2024, changes under the "The City of Yes" program implemented revisions large and small to the zoning resolution. This seminar will focus on updating participants on these major recent changes, as well as pending changes that all local appraisers and real estate market participants need to be aware of. This 3.5-hour seminar will focus on updating seminar participants on these major recent changes, as well as pending changes that all local appraisers and real estate market participants need to be aware of. The seminar will feature panel discussions with legal experts, zoning consultants, architects, and brokers who are grappling with the real world impacts of these seismic regulatory changes.
