Ephrat S. Orgel is counsel in Herrick's Trusts and Estates department with extensive experience in both estate planning and tax law. She advises high net worth individuals and families in creating customized estate plans to help achieve their unique estate planning goals, as well as minimize income, estate and gift taxes.
She assists her client in the preparation of a wide range of estate planning documents, including Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable Living Trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Dynasty Trusts, Private Foundations, Life Insurance Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts and Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements. She works closely with both clients and financial advisors to develop individualized tax efficient gift and estate plans.
She also represents executors and trustees in the administration of complex estates and trusts, providing advice in connection with all aspects of estate and trust administration, including cross-border planning and administration.
