Jennifer Polovetsky and Philip A. Sanchez were featured in a Law360 article about their recent move to Herrick. 

Jennifer and Philip told Law360 they decided to make the jump to Herrick in order to be able to offer clients more well-rounded services. When operating alone, they said, they frequently had to refer clients elsewhere for the work that often goes hand-in-hand with eminent domain matters, such as tax or zoning issues.

"Instead of us doing one portion of our clients' work, we can do the eminent domain portion and some of the transactional real estate, now we can say, 'We can handle your tax issues," Polovetsky said. "We're able to offer an all-in-one solution to our clients."

The pair added that Herrick seemed like a logical fit, especially given its strong reputation for both real estate and litigation. They had been approached by other firms, but "the fit wasn't there."
