Biography
Ellen Hay is a Land Use Specialist in Herrick's Land Use and Zoning Group.
Ellen has extensive experience in advising clients on New York City real estate development projects where her practice encompasses all aspects of land use development, including zoning, environmental and historic preservation, with special emphasis on performing complex due diligence review for real estate lenders and investors.
Ellen has been a land use consultant in private practice in New York City since 1990 and has been a consultant to numerous real estate law firms. Ellen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Prior to joining Herrick, Ellen was at Slater & Beckerman, P.C.
