Danielle H. Axelrod, Associate

Danielle Axelrod is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she focuses on all aspects of real estate transactional work.

Danielle has a wide range of experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. She represents buyers and sellers of real estate in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and both lenders and borrowers in construction, mortgage, mezzanine and other financing transactions. Additionally, Danielle assists in representing landlords and tenants in commercial leases and subleases for office use.

Prior to joining Herrick, Danielle was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
