Beth Khinchuk is an associate in Herrick's Litigation Department, where she focuses on complex commercial litigation, as well as employment matters.

Beth has experience representing banks, asset management companies, financial technology companies, white-collar clients and entities involved in civil enforcement actions and investigations brought by the SEC.

While attending law school at Fordham University School of Law, Beth was a member of the Urban Law Journal. She also held various legal internships, including with the Honorable William J. Martini of the District of New Jersey, the Honorable Robert H. Cleland of the Eastern District of Michigan and the Honorable Avern L. Cohn of the Eastern District of Michigan.
