Biography
Andrew Heighington is an associate in Herrick’s Litigation Department, where he represents clients involved in a broad range of commercial and business disputes.
Prior to joining Herrick, Andrew served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department Family Court Division's Juvenile Delinquency Prosecution Unit.
During law school, Andrew worked as a student attorney at Deportation Defense Clinic, where he managed a caseload of clients undergoing removal proceedings and helped the Impact Litigation Team. He was also an intern for the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps and Magistrate Judge Brown in the Eastern District of New York.
