Veronica Chuah is a member of Herrick's Land Use & Zoning Group where she works with attorneys and clients on all aspects of land use and zoning in New York City. She is an experienced city planner with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. She is highly-skilled in zoning code, financial analysis and inter-agency coordination.

Prior to joining Herrick, she was a city planner and project manager at the New York City Board of Standards & Appeals where she managed zoning relief applications from initial filing to Board decision, assessed compliance with NYC land use and building regulations along with agency standards, and coordinated multi-agency review to ensure alignment with city planning policies and initiatives.
