Terry Kim is an associate in Herrick’s Real Estate Department.

He focuses his practice on real estate finance, leasing, subleasing, acquisitions, dispositions and project development. He represents lenders, developers and investors in development and financing transactions involving commercial, office and mixed-use properties, including joint ventures and acquisitions, and construction and permanent loans. He also has experience in tax credit financings, including new markets and low income housing tax credit deals.

Prior to joining Herrick, Terry was a real estate associate with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP. In 2014, he co-authored the article, “New York in High Demand for International Investors.”
