He raised concerns about the level of convenience legal betting will offer due to the potential difficulty of placing bets across state lines and the fees that states will seek to impose on sportsbooks. Etna reiterated that, “the legalization of sports betting is not the death knell by any stretch of the imagination to the underground sports betting economy.”
